You could qualify for up to $10,000 in rebates through the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) program — and PTI Home Services is here to help you make the most of it.

The HER+ program is offered in partnership with Enbridge Gas and Natural Resources Canada, and it's designed to help Ontario homeowners upgrade their homes with energy-efficient improvements that save money and reduce environmental impact.

The HER+ program provides rebates for a wide range of energy-efficient upgrades, including:

  • Attic insulation
     
  • Wall insulation
     
  • Basement and crawlspace insulation
     
• ✅ Air Sealing Improvements
   
  • Reducing drafts and improving airtightness throughout the home
     
• ✅ Windows & Doors
   
  • Energy-efficient replacements that meet or exceed ENERGY STAR® standards
     
• ✅ Heating & Cooling Systems
   
  • High-efficiency heat pumps
     
  • Hybrid heating systems (electric and gas combo units)
     
• ✅ Smart Thermostats
   
  • For better energy control and increased efficiency
     

• All Ontario homeowners can apply — not just Enbridge customers
   
• Available for primary residences and certain investment properties
   
• Requires a pre- and post-retrofit energy audit conducted by a certified energy advisor
   
• You must complete at least one eligible upgrade to qualify for rebates
   

1. Schedule a Pre-Retrofit Audit
   We can connect you with a licensed energy advisor to assess your home and identify qualifying upgrades.
    
2. Plan & Complete the Work
   PTI Home Services will complete your chosen renovations using high-quality materials and best practices that meet rebate standards.
    
3. Post-Retrofit Audit
   The energy advisor will return to verify the upgrades and submit your application.
    
4. Get Your Rebate
   Once verified, your rebate is processed — you could receive up to $10,000 back, plus up to $600 to help cover the cost of the audits.
